This policy explains what information QuizBooth collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to quizbooth.games and to every trivia game hosted on it.
Last updated: October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how QuizBooth ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit quizbooth.games, create a trivia game, or play one at a trade show or event. By using QuizBooth you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What we collect depends on how you use QuizBooth — as a creator setting up a game, or as a player taking part in one.
We use the information we collect only to provide, secure, and improve QuizBooth:
We do not use your information for targeted, personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising. We do not sell your information to data brokers or information resellers, use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes, build advertising databases from it, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.
You can sign in to QuizBooth with your Google Account through Firebase Authentication. From Google we receive only the basic profile information you approve during sign-in — your name, email address, and profile picture.
You can revoke QuizBooth's access to your Google Account at any time from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Limited Use disclosure: QuizBooth's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to authenticate you and to provide and improve the user-facing features of QuizBooth. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized, non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
We keep personal information for as long as your account or game is active, or as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Game, lead, and leaderboard data is retained until the creator or account holder deletes it.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing contact@quizbooth.games. Once the retention period expires or a deletion request is completed, we delete or destroy the data. Creators can also delete their games and the player submissions stored with them from their dashboard.
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and server-side validation of scores and submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
QuizBooth is a business tool built for trade shows and events, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy as the service evolves. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page, and if we ever change how we use Google user data we will notify users as required. Continued use of QuizBooth after an update means you accept the revised policy.
Questions about this policy or your personal data? Email contact@quizbooth.games and we will get back to you within 24 hours on business days. QuizBooth is operated by NakNick and available at quizbooth.games.
We are happy to explain our practices, correct your information, or delete it on request.
