Unused activation credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits never expire, so you can also save them for a future event.

If a confirmed QuizBooth technical issue prevents your paid activation from working properly, we'll review your request for a full or partial refund. Accidental duplicate purchases are refundable if the extra credits remain unused. Published activations are otherwise non-refundable except where applicable consumer rights or our technical-failure policy apply. Statutory consumer rights always take precedence over this policy.
